Data retention: The information we process in providing the Service is non-sensitive personal information and not subject to any sector specific data retention requirements.
We retain such personal information for as long as it is useful in our products, either as an actual data point or in order to derive, correct or validate other data points, and provided that we are comfortable that the information is accurate and can be relied upon.
We delete personal information when (a) it is no longer used for any purposes, or (b) in case of Indian data subjects, it is reasonable to assume that purpose for which personal information was being collected is no longer served, or (c) a data subject requests deletion of their personal information or objects to us processing their information pursuant to their GDPR or other state or national rights (unless we have a valid legal justification to retain it, such as to resolve disputes or comply with our legal obligations). Sprouts has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (“EU-U.S. DPF Principles”) with regards to the processing of personal information received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF.
