Aires is proud to support people with disabilities and the elderly. we are committed to our mission statement of "helping people with disabilities live happy, healthy, & fulfilling lives." since 1978 we've been promoting person-centered services that focus on the dreams, hopes, needs, and wants of the people we care for. we aim to provide legendary service by consistently promoting these values: empowerment - make it happen mutual respect - be nice passion - love what you do accountability - own it teach - lead by example honesty - always have integrity yes we can - never give up all of our activities and decisions, from direct care to administration, are directed and guided by these values. our 600+ employees work hard to continually champion these values, to make them a real and constant influence in our professional and personal lives. our approach to providing services can be summed up this way: we care for the people we serve like we would care for our very own family members. services provided include: residential services (group homes, individual living arrangements); day programs & vocational rehabilitation; in-home care services; and foster care. if someone needs a service, we will find a way to provide it!
