California vertical is a vertical manufacturer specializing in t-shirts, fashion tops and other knit items. we produce, dye and cut fabric in los angeles, ca and toluca, mexico, and sew, screenprint, embellish and package in tijuana and ensenada, mexico. we have a wash and dye house in tecate, mexico for specialty washes and garment dyeing. we also have creative and graphic development as well as apparel sample development in los angeles. this unique setup allows us a high degree of us based quality control, oversight of production and product development combined with the low cost of sewing, screenprinting and packaging in mexico. we are compliance approved by large retail and fashion brands and also have wrap, ct-pat and other certifications.
