Cumulus data, a subsidiary of talen energy, is developing a 475 mw hyperscale data center campus located outside berwick, pa, with the potential to expand operations to other sites across the united states. the flagship susquehanna campus will be powered by >1 gw of ultra-reliable, zero-carbon, 24x7 nuclear power with an industry-leading tco and one of the lowest all-in power costs in the u.s. cumulus data is also expected to offer customers the ability to supplement its zero-carbon offering with 400 mw of new solar generation capacity under development. construction of the powered shell for data center 1 (48 mw) was completed in december 2022. the 300,000-square-foot data center is available for lease, with various fiber routes in service. for more information, visit https://cumulusinfra.com/.
