Impact San Antonio - Company Information
Impact san antonio is a women's 501(c)3 nonprofit that uses a collective giving model to make significant grants to nonprofit organizations serving the greater san antonio. impact sa awards $100,000 grants to non-profit organizations once a year. we consider applications from bexar county and its contiguous counties. grant applications are accepted in five focus areas: 1. arts & culture 2. education 3. family 4. health & wellness 5. environment, recreation, preservation impact san antonio has more than 550 members and annually awards more than $500,000 to nonprofits in the san antonio area. grant applications are accepted between may 1 and may 31. grant review committees meet between july and september to evaluate the applications and select finalists. this due diligence process includes site visits. on grant award night in late october, impact sa members will listen to presentations by finalists and vote. the grant recipients will be announced immediately following the vote. impact san antonio has awarded over $5.3 million in grants to area non-profits since 2004.
