Incavo is a semiconductor test product company with offices throughout asia and north america. established in 2001, incavo specializes in designing and manufacturing pins and contacts, sockets and connectors, and thermal management products. incavo products cover all test platforms from wafer through package test. our spring probe pins are available in diameters from <100µm to >1.00mm. incavo designs and builds probe heads and sockets, using ceramic, engineered plastics, and metals. the thermal management products work with our socket products or other supplier products. additionally, incavo has experience in maintaining, repairing, and modifying products, ranging from mini probe pins to complete test systems. with sales and technical support offices throughout asia and america, incavo has the ability to support customers where they design in and where they use our products. locations: usa; hong kong; japan; china; singapore; malaysia; taiwan
