Vu manufacturing is manufacturer of "soft trim" products and assemblies. the company's primary focus is automotive "wrapped" interior products such as: door; armrests, inserts and bolsters instrument panel; cockpit brows and mating components console; gearshift, brake and boot assemblies, armrests and side trim seat trim; headrest, back-panel, map pockets and seat covers, straps products traditionally implement a substrate (plastic, wood, etc..), top coat material such as: cloth, vinyl or leather which is cut, then sewn to desired intent and shape. our skilled operators then utilize a variety of controlled methods and processes to achieve the desired end product. vu's engineers prefer offering their expertise during the concept stage. the process aids in not only developing a desirable product, it ensures a quality product can be repeatedly produced in a production environment. in addition vu plastics has 15 injection molding presses, ranging from 75 - 600 tons producing products using a large variety of engineered resins. vu plastics is available to provide customers in the central southwest us and northern mexican border region with shoot/ship and assembled plastic products utilizing a variety of assembly techniques.
